catchphrase is \u2018no CGI was used for this film\u2019 and with that narrative comes a slew of online filmmaking debates, hurt feelings (rightly so) and VFX influencers sharing thoughtful, detailed and forensic analyses to argue the contrary.<\/p><p><a style=\"color: #9c1c24; text-decoration: underline; text-decoration-color: #9c1c24;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@TheMovieRabbitHole\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">The Movie Rabbit Hole<\/a> on Youtube, with over one hundred thousand followers has done a phenomenal job with their series <a style=\"color: #9c1c24; text-decoration: underline; text-decoration-color: #9c1c24;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=GdMAEtLrPSc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">\u201cNo CGI\u201d Is Just Invisible CGI<\/a>. VFX veterans such as <a style=\"color: #9c1c24; text-decoration: underline; text-decoration-color: #9c1c24;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@HugosDesk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">Hugo&#8217;s Desk<\/a> and the online magazine, <a style=\"color: #9c1c24; text-decoration: underline; text-decoration-color: #9c1c24;\" href=\"https:\/\/beforesandafters.com\/magazine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">Befores and Afters<\/a>\u00a0are also breaking down the complex and creative work of thousands of artists in the film industry and covering VFX projects of all scales. After all, 90 percent of feature films utilize visual effects to some degree. VR and AR?<\/p><p>With Campus VFX (formerly Lost Boys) celebrating 20 years of educating award-winning artists, we\u2019ve always known the role that VFX plays and how it has evolved. We recently followed up with some of our alumni to highlight their journeys, and that we featured on <a style=\"color: #9c1c24; text-decoration: underline; text-decoration-color: #9c1c24;\" href=\"https:\/\/beforesandafters.com\/category\/vfx-insight\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">Befores and Afters Magazine<\/a>.
